Please consider making a donation to the Arts Access Fund and a charitable receipt will be issued. Or donate your stock in a publicly traded company and no capital gains tax will be incurred. You will receive a charitable receipt for fair market value.

Please note that all donations of marketable securities to registered charities are totally exempt from capital gains tax.

Donation/Refund Policy

Your generous contribution to the Arts Access Fund supports year-round programs and initiatives. All donations to the Arts Access Fund support the mandate of providing high quality arts instruction to children and youth in the GTA, who would otherwise not have the means to do so.

This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to the Arts Access Fund (AAF). This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to Arts Access Fund.

Donations, whether one-time or monthly, may be made through the AAF Online website, or by mailing a cheque, cash, or credit card information to AAF Online. Cheques should be made payable to "Arts Access Fund".

  • Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
  • There is no minimum monthly donation.
  • Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.
  • All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars.
  • If an error is made in making on line donation, we will honor all requests for refund that are made in writing within 30 days of the date the donation was made. The written refund request should include the details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor's name, tax invoice number and the nature of the error.
